While at the Penfield Community Center for the August meeting of the Penfield Democratic Committee, two leaflets in particular on the bulletin board near the entrance caught my attention. I thought I’d pass these along…
The first is an opportunity to help the elders in our town by offering to drive them to the places they need to go to, or to dispatch drivers to seniors’ homes to pick them up. See the picture below for more information:
The second is with the Penfield Ecumenical Food Shelf, either at the drop-off location or picking up and delivering food to the Food Shelf. Both require lifting. See more information below:
